Unfortunately this product wasn’t available after I’d purchased it but I was quickly contacted by Karen who offered to supply an alternative pack size. This was dispatched quickly. The thank you card and gift of dried cucumber for my daughter’s hamster were a lovely touch. I will definitely be buying from Scallywags again!
I recently ordered hamster bedding and there was a little confusion regarding my order so I emailed the company. Customer service was absolutely outstanding and super friendly! My delivery was fixed and sent promptly. I highly, highly recommend and if I could, I would give more stars.
Ordered some bedding twice which arrived really quick with small gifts and thank you notes. Very willing to order again and recommend to others!
Ice ordered from here twice now and both times the delivery has been fast and friendly. Products are a great price and have a good range.
We use this bedding due to low dust content but the price keeps going up. Finding it here for £25 was incredible. Thank you.
