We operate both a physical pet store and grooming parlour, as well as an online platform where customers can view products and make purchases.

Stock availability may change without notice. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g. Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store your card details directly.

5. Delivery & Click & Collect

We offer delivery options as detailed on our website. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Click & Collect is available from our Croydon store during business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase. Returns must be made to our store address or posted at your own expense.

Certain items such as perishable goods, opened pet food, and grooming products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once items are received and inspected.

7. Grooming Services

Appointments for grooming are subject to availability and may require a deposit. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

While we take every precaution to handle pets with care, all grooming is done at the owner's risk. You must inform us of any behavioural or medical conditions prior to the session.

Scallywags Pet Shop reserves the right to refuse or stop a grooming session if an animal is aggressive or poses a danger to staff.

8. Liability

Scallywags Pet Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

Product misuse
Third-party actions

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
